We have been set up to provide relief to those in need as the result of the recent COVID-19 Outbreak. Our highly trained team of chefs have been redeployed to provide catering to vulnerable adults and children and relief to all those affected.
As an ISO registered business with over 10 years experience in contingency and emergency catering, we are on hand to support you, your workforce or residents, children and the elderly where needed.

FOR CARE
Our services are provided to care homes, extra care centres and residential homes across Wales who may require emergency catering operations during uncertain times
FOR CHILDREN
With school closures across Wales, we understand it may be difficult to feed children across a range of settings. We are working with local councils for the benefit of children
THE ELDERLY
We are planning to increase emergency catering services for the elderly and include essential items unavailable across the country in order to help where we can.
VULNERABLE
We understand that catering during emergencies such as the COVID-19 is essential to everyone, especially the vulnerable. That is our sole aim, for Wales. Get in touch if you think you may require our services.
OUR AIM
Emergency Catering Wales strives to benefit those requiring relief as well as to provide respite to caterers who are extremely busy, or residential homes who require respite for staff. In order to be considered for our subsidised Emergency Catering, there are certain requisites you will need to meet:
- You must be a business or individual resident in Wales
- You must not already be receiving government support due to Coronavirus from a catering/ food perspective
- You agree to pay any costs incurred for the service which will be subsidised due to the current virus threat.
Why us?
We have the facility to provide as standard at-site, on location or temporary Hot & Cold drinks, Hot meals such as soup or hot food including vegetarian options, meeting all dietary requirements prepared by executive chef's made using Welsh ingredients where possible.
We have a Food Hygiene Rating 5 as standard, and our health and safety and food safety records are outstanding.
We have full liability insurance, safety risk assessments, gas and electricity certificates and all our team involved in the Emergency catering have full hygiene training.
What's more we are ISO registered- which means you are in the safest possible hand.
