Just Perfect Catering would like to take the opportunity to reassure our customers and clients that their safety along with the safety of our staff is paramount at this difficult time. Therefore, we are closely monitoring and will continue to follow the guidance of the World Health Organisation and the local, Welsh and UK governments.

 

Precautionary measures have been increased across our network and our operations manager will monitor the situation closely. As any situation develops, we will keep you informed as to any updates to this statement here. Our team have always work to stringent company procedures on good hand washing and personal hygiene at all times which forms part of our longstanding HACCP system, and we seek your support in ensuring all parties meet the same level of hygiene for our joint safety.

 

Update- 10th March 2020

With the increase in case numbers within the United Kingdom, especially those in Wales, Just Perfect Catering are now monitoring the situation extremely closely and taking precautionary measures to help in the prevention of any cases of the virus at our sites. We have now introduced specially formulated cleaning chemicals devised for use against the COVID-19 virus, and this will be immediately rolled out to our sites in order to enhance our already proven cleaning procedures. Our team have been made aware of their responsibilities and are all informed on our COVID-19 Procedures.

 

Our current procedure is to inform our staff and customers of the importance of hand washing and following the guidance set out by the government. We have therefore taken steps to further inform our customers and staff with increased onsite informative posters and a TV notice regarding effective hand washing and where to turn for information in an effort to increase awareness amongst all who visit our sites.

Just Perfect Catering recognise it is imperative that all parties work together in ensuring the safety of our team and customers and our operations manager is on hand to take any and all enquiries and to work closely with you for the duration of this situation.

Please finally rest assured that Just Perfect Catering will continue to follow guidance set out by the UK Government, World Health Organisation and NHS in order to continue safely operating across our network of sites and keep any risks to our team and customers to an absolute minimum so far as we are able to do so.

Update- 20th March 2020

In light of the recent announcement to close all hospitality venues, Just Perfect Catering have now closed public venues including our sites at Garwnant and Brecon.

​

The nature of our business means not all sites are affected by this announcement, and therefore we are working hard to ensure the safety of our colleagues, customers and clients at all times. This includes making amendments to the sites that remain open to esure the highest possible level of safety and minimising of risks at all times.

​

Our measures include the availability of hand sanitiser to customer, the request for use of contactless payments where possible, and avoidance of using reusable coffee cups.

​

We will continue to monitor advice and will continue to develop effective measures to ensure the safety of all involved with our business.

​

We also want to take the opportunity to thank our staff who remain dedicated to their roles and are taking the necessary precautions to remain safe- we are extremely proud of each and every member of our team.
