Our chefs and managers have the opportunity to meet our producers and farming families, giving them an understanding of where our produce comes from and how best to use it.
Our Executive chefs hold cookery workshops within the business to promote local seasonal and healthy eating, and we often take part in food festivals to promote both healthy eating, as well as the diverse ingredients available to us.
We understand food, where it comes from, and how these flavours can enhance a dish. We carry out craft training to ensure all our staff share this knowledge.
